Driven by strong brand recall for Vijay Salgaonkar’s story, the crime thriller has crossed a net collection of 8.80 crore in the opening-day pre-sales alone (excluding blocked seats). With two days remaining before its nationwide release, the film is expected to roar at the box office!
Drishyam 3’s Collection With Advance Booking For Day 1
For the opening day, October 2, Friday, Drishyam 3 has already hit a total gross collection of 10.4 crore at the box office (excluding the blocked seats). The film registered a ticket sale of 3.42 lakh for the opening day, for almost 8,911 shows in India! This reported data is till September 30, 10 AM, and these numbers are expected to grow superbly in the next 48 hours!
Ajay Devgn’s Top Openers Post-COVID
The threequel directed by Abhishek Pathak has already entered the top 10 openers of Ajay Devgn’s career post-COVID, with only the advance sales of the film! While the film currently sits at number 8, it might take an unimaginable jump in the next 24 hours!

Given the current momentum in cities like Maharashtra and Delhi-NCR, final advance numbers could set the film up to directly challenge the 15+ crore opening day benchmark set by its predecessor, Drishyam 2 (15.38 crore).
