More About Dorothy
Apart from Keerthy Suresh, the film also stars Sananth and Rishikanth in the lead. Set in the 1990s, the film explores a society shaped by caste, violence, and toxic masculinity, where two childhood friends, Karthi and Subbu, grow up inseparable in rural Tamil Nadu. However, their lives are transformed by the arrival of Dorothy, a woman whose compassion quietly challenges the world around them.
Meanwhile, the film’s music was composed by Ilaiyaraaja, marking his first collaboration with Karthik Subbaraj. Additionally, Guneet Monga Kapoor, Achin Jain, and Jyoti Deshpande have produced the film.
